We started Tapitas company over 10 years ago based in Saint George’s Market, Belfast. The company was created from an idea of Nash Chercoles and Carmelo Lopez based around authentic Spanish cuisine.

Tapitas is evolving and growing at a steady pace considering the current climate. Currently the company is expanding into providing food at festivals and catering for private functions. In the company’s first year based in Saint George’s Market, tapitas has become well known to the returning customer and is one of the most popular stands in the market for its quality and attractiveness of the product.

Tapitas has gone from being unknown to the customer, to being one of the key attractions for the market. Belfast City Council has previously used our company in magazines, bus advertisements and newsletters to promote their Christmas Market due to the Company’s popularity.
